They agree it's also a confusing message coming from a carnivore doctor. Vinnie and Anna chat about things like sugar and alcohol addictions for many people. (43:50) Vinnie mentions another podcast's episode where the science behind the effects of alcohol on the brain works for different people. (44:00) Anna brings up some preaching by a vegan and how the information is completely wrong; for example, the idea of high fat causing insulin resistance.
