PLEASE SUPPORT OUR SPONSORS Pure Vitamin Club Pure Coffee Club LOSE WEIGHT Steve hails from Minnesota where he lives with his awesome, Norwegian wife Kjersten A runner in highschool, was slim at this point Started eating to medicate because his family and he had issues Got up to 210 lbs lifting His brother passed away and he got married within a month Awful marriage - got up to 235 lbs Ultimately landed at 290 lbs Got divorced and started trying to work on himself Usually around 250 Found NSNG but had trouble committing for awhile So tough for him to commit, largely because he owned a beer company He tried to partially commit himself, but it didn't work Once he finally committed to NSNG, he sold his brewery This was after he remarried to the right woman, got more reasonable cars, and the like He became happy, and then gained the ability to lose weight and commit He lost the chip on his shoulder Went down to 218 and did a 17 mile, 15 hour hike fat-adapted!
