Vinnie is not the biggest fan of fasting, but he took about a day off of eating to feel better VEGANISM Vinnie knows Todd in Louisiana (co-worker of Vinnie's brother) who was a vegan athlete He became vegan to lose weight Eventually, after a few years, gains weight and puffs up after races Now that Todd and his wife are NSNG, they have never felt better!!!
