George was a tightend, 6'4", 225 lbs He now weighs 245 and is in pretty good shape but wants to get lean He wants to lose 15 lbs In football, it was all about being big to stay safe "Fear of smallness" after stopping playing football Ex Football players have to accept that they will lose a little size (not muscle size, muscles can look bigger) There are many guys who aren't in shape but are very strong, built One must consider: Fit to do what? Vinnie feels that George will still be as strong even if he were to lose 30 lbs IF ONE IS CARRYING A BIG BODY AROUND, IS IT HARDER TO STAY HEALTHY LONG TERM? It depends on one's BMI, not on one's sheer size You can still live a long, successful life COULD VINNIE EVER DO A MUSCLE UP?
